If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth and respectful refund process because luxury should come with peace of mind.

Eligibility for Refund You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

• The return is approved after a quality inspection Refunds are only issued once the product passes our return eligibility check.



Non-Refundable Items We do not offer refunds for:

• Customized, monogrammed, or personalized products

• Final sale, clearance, or limited-edition items

• Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition



• Return requests made after 7 days of delivery How to Request a Refund To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@vittoriolusso.com with your Order ID and reason for return

2. Attach clear photos if the item is defective

3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days

4. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions

5. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed Refund Methods Approved refunds are issued via:

• Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

• Bank transfer, bKash, or store credit (for COD orders) You may choose store credit if you prefer to shop with us again.

Refund Timeline Refunds are processed within: • 10 business days after receiving and approving the return

• We will notify you via email or SMS once your refund has been initiated Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item, return shipping is covered by us

• If returning due to change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference, the return shipping is the customer’s responsibility Unclaimed COD Refunds If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is returned undelivered or refused,

we will contact you to confirm your preferred refund method. Refunds will be processed after the item is received back at our facility. Important Notes

• We reserve the right to deny any refund that does not meet our return conditions

• Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered

• For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
