All Vittorio Lusso products come with a 12-month craftsmanship warranty, covering:

1. Stitching faults
2. Hardware defects
3. Material flaws not caused by misuse or wear and tear

What’s Not Covered

1. Normal aging and patina of leather
2. Scratches, stains, or damage caused by improper care
3. Accidental damage or misuse

How to Claim Warranty

If you experience an issue covered under warranty:

1. Email us at support@vittoriolusso.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Our team will review and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
