Welcome to www.vittoriolusso.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) and VITTORIO LUSSO (“Vittorio Lusso,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older (or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian) and legally capable of entering into contracts under the Contract Act 1872.
Your Account
Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
Product Orders & Contract Formation
Your online order is an offer to purchase. We accept by dispatching the product, at which point the sale contract is formed under the Sale of Goods Act 1930.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated, in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Where possible, we will notify you and seek your confirmation before proceeding.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in selected Bangladeshi locations. By choosing COD you agree to:
a. Pay the full invoice amount in cash on delivery.
b. Be present or ensure an authorized person accepts the parcel.
c. Understand that repeated COD failures may lead to COD suspension.
Cancellation Policy (Pre-Dispatch)
You may cancel any order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer-care team. Once an item is shipped, the standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, with a full refund.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Estimated delivery timelines and shipping options will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location, product type, and selected delivery method. Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, order size, and delivery speed.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon successful delivery to the address provided.
For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country’s regulations.
Returns & Exchanges (7-Day Window)
Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery (except custom, monogrammed, sale, or limited-edition items). Refunds are issued within 10 business days of inspection.
Pre-Orders
a. Payment (full or partial) may be required up front.
b. Delivery dates are estimates; delays may occur.
c. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation unless we cannot fulfil them; in that case you receive a full refund.
Limited-Edition Products
Produced in small, exclusive batches. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed. All sales are final unless the product is defective.
Warranty on Leather Goods (12 Months)
Covers stitching defects, faulty hardware, and construction flaws. Excludes normal wear, misuse, water damage, or unauthorized repairs. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos emailed to support@vittoriolusso.com.
Product Accuracy & Availability
We strive for accuracy but occasionally make errors or omissions. We may correct, update, or cancel affected orders at any time.
Promotions, Coupons & Affiliate/Referral Program
a. Codes are personal, non-transferable, and may have usage limits.
b. Misuse may result in order cancellation or program disqualification.
c. Affiliates/referrers earn rewards only when qualifying purchases are completed; we may audit or revoke rewards for fraudulent activity.
User Reviews & Content Guidelines
You may submit reviews, images, or other content (“User Content”) provided that it:
1. Is truthful and based on your own experience.
2. Is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, or unlawful.
3. Does not infringe any third-party rights.
By posting User Content, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display it in any media. We reserve the right (but not obligation) to edit, remove, or refuse any User Content at our sole discretion.
SMS/Email Communication Consent
By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional messages (order updates, delivery notices) via SMS and/or email.
a. Marketing messages require your explicit opt-in and include an opt-out mechanism (“unsubscribe” link or STOP command).
b. Standard carrier SMS rates may apply.

You agree not to violate any law, upload malware, carry out data-mining, or engage in any activity that disrupts Site functionality or compromises user security.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is collected, processed, and safeguarded under our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Digital Security Act 2018.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions).
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Bangladesh law. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; failing that, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dhaka under the Arbitration Act 2001. Courts of Bangladesh retain jurisdiction for injunctive relief.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Clauses that by nature survive termination (intellectual property, warranties, liability, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
